- Flink Smith is proud to announce the completion of a major renovation to our Lake Placid office. Situated on Main Street in the heart of Lake Placid and just down the road from the local courthouse, the location has always been a strong point for Flink Smith. Now, the new office space matches the quality of the work product, meeting the expectations clients have come to expect from Flink Smith.
- The building’s exterior has undergone a major facelift, as it has been redesigned with a traditional Adirondack look, its cedar siding with dark trim standing out smartly next to the neighboring buildings. The structure has been described as the nicest new building on Main Street by many Lake Placid natives. The building now also houses other businesses, with Flink Smith the anchor tenant in the middle.
- The interior of 2557 Main Street has dramatically improved as well. The new, larger office space features a beautiful new conference room, also decorated in a traditional Adirondack style, with red maple bookshelves and first edition, antique law books, in addition to offices and a spacious waiting room. The deer antler chandelier is a must-see! This new, full service office also has the technology to meet all of your legal needs. If you would like to tour the new space, please give us a call.

- In Flink Smith’s further attempts to “Go Green” we have opted not to send holiday greeting cards through the mail. Rather, we are taking the money that we would have expended for those mailings and are making a donation to the Adirondack/Saratoga Chapter of the American Red Cross. We will be e-mailing our holiday greetings and advising our friends and colleagues of this donation. We believe this is a win/win/win situation as our well-wishes will still be extended to our friends, clients and colleagues, we will have cut back on the waste necessitated by sending out paper cards and we will be assisting a charitable organization who will in turn be able to assist those in need during the holiday season. For further information in regard to the Adirondack/Saratoga Chapter of the American Red Cross and the extraordinary services it provides, please see that organization’s website. http://www.redcrossadirondacksaratoga.org. The Management Team selected this organization at the suggestion of Rob Coughlin who serves on the Board of Directors and as Secretary to this Chapter of the Red Cross.
